Problem: To design a cooperative project to digitize a set of 65 historical photographs. Joe, Janet and Cathy are in basic agreement about what they want to do.

End Product: Create a web site for student self-learning and research for reports, using historical photos and text about the events and people of the community.

Audience: 8th grade students and local history researchers.

Then the questions start:
